This Privacy Policy explains how M&A GLOBAL VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"), Business Registration No. 2902262293, registered address Nha Ong Cao Cuong, Xom Lap Thanh, Xa Hai Chau, Tinh Nghe An, Viet Nam, handles information when you use this website and the mobile apps we publish on the Apple App Store and Google Play (together, the "Services").
Some apps have an app-specific privacy notice that adds details for that app. It is linked from the app's store listing and from our Apps page. If an app-specific notice conflicts with this policy, the app-specific notice applies to that app.
1. Information we collect
- This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and has no forms. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site.
- Information you send us: if you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
- App data: depending on the app, we may process: content you create in the app; account information (such as email address) if the app offers an account; purchase status of in-app subscriptions (we never receive your full card details: payments are handled by Apple or Google); and diagnostic data (crash logs, device model, OS version) to fix problems. Each app's store listing ("App Privacy" on the App Store, "Data safety" on Google Play) states exactly which data that app collects.
2. How we use information
To provide and maintain the Services; to respond to support requests; to process subscriptions and restore purchases; to fix bugs and improve reliability; to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Service providers
We share data only with providers that help us run the Services, under contracts that limit their use of the data, for example: cloud hosting, crash reporting, subscription management, and, for apps with AI features, AI model providers that process the content you submit to generate a result. The providers used by each app are listed in its app-specific notice.
4. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Support emails are kept for up to 24 months. When you delete your account or request deletion, we delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except where we must keep it to meet legal obligations.
5. Your rights and choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@mandaglobalvn.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK, California, or Vietnam), you may have additional rights under local law; we will honour them.
6. Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. International transfers
We are based in Vietnam and our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. We take steps to ensure your information remains protected.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify users in the app.
