These Terms govern your use of the website and apps published by M&A GLOBAL VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED (Business Registration No. 2902262293). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our apps on devices you own or control, in line with these Terms and the rules of the App Store or Google Play. 2. Subscriptions and purchases
Payments are processed by Apple or Google. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Services, attempt to break their security, reverse engineer them except where the law allows, or use them for unlawful purposes.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of content you create. You give us permission to process it only to provide the Services.
5. AI-generated output (apps with AI features)
Results are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. Check important information before relying on it.
6. Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
